Answer: On completion of the listing process you can save the listing as a draft. Drafts are saved in the members area and the you can retrieve these at any time and re-list or edit them.

You can choose from one of many stores when you log into your account, just click on site fees at the top and it will give you a breakdown on the stores to purchase. If you only put auctions in your store when you list them it will not charge you any selling fees, only if you go over the amount of the item store you purchased. If you put them in your store and on the site it will only charge for the items you go over the amount of items you purchased for your store. If you want a ULTIMATE store that price will be $100.00 per month and you can sell on the auction and your store with NO fees, either on the site or in your store. You do NOT have to keep auctions in the store in order for your store to be open. You can choose when to open it or close it. However it would be in your best interest to keep items posted so you can sell your product.
To send invoices...go to your members area and scroll down to Selling and click sold items and then choose send invoice for the auction that you have sold. After you have sent invoice you can also choose from this area re-send invoice if buyer has not sent payment in a few days. If buyer does not complete transaction please contact Customer Service and we will handle it for you.
You do not have to do anything if you want to leave postive feedback. Our system automatically leaves positive feedback for the seller not negative you will have to do that manually. But if you would like to add comments for the feedback, just go to your members area and in the Reputations a catagory click leave comments and there you can add your feedback and comments for the user you choose. If buyer does not pay for the auction you MUST leave Negative feeback in order to receive a refund. After you have left Negative feedback, please e-mail us with the auction number and your user name to get your credit.
Once you are at the auction that the buyer is asking a question, please click on "Ask Seller a Question" there you will find his or her question and you can answer it from there also.

In order to get a credit for a auction you must give the buyer at least 2 weeks to pay, after that you have to leave negative feedback for them and then contact Customer Service about your claim. Please have your account user name and auction number available when you call or email us.
We recommend ALL users to become Seller and Bidder verified, whether you intend to buy or sell, so we know that you are a real person and are serious about what you do. Someone who is trying to scam you will not continue to be a verified seller and a verified buyer. This is why we recommend you to become verified. You do not have to have a paypal account to become verified, you can either use a credit card through paypal or you can mail us a money order every 90 days. Failure to become Seller and Bidder verified every 90 days may be terms for suspension. We want this site to be as safe as possible for everyone and for all to enjoy!
